Covid-19 is a virus that struck the work in late 2019 and has remained a pandemic till date. The virus has caused the deaths of many and led to the loss of lives and livelihoods. The Australian government has been taking different approaches to manage the outbreak. It has no cure or vaccine yet. — Code of Conduct
We understand the importance of having a code of conduct that guides our activities and behaviour. This helps to keep things orderly and ensure that we render excellent services with a great customer approach. The code of conduct provides the minimum acceptable standard of behaviour for everyone that works with us. This includes the council staff, councillors, members of committees. By doing so, we ensure that the services and functions carried out are done with adequate care and align with code of conduct.

The strength of the council lies in its management and structure. The structure is devised in such a way that ensures excellence and engagement of all officials. The management are constantly responsible for developing ideas to move the council forward. There is a need for ideas to keep the council relevant and ensure that the services provided are not only accessible but also excellent and serve the needs of those rendered to.

— Bush Fire Assistance
The bush fire incidents have been ravaging to communities and have affected several communities. This has caused the need for interventions to help communities get back on their feet. Some communities were affected greatly, and as such, require some form of assistance across various places. The centre has developed a factsheet containing the various forms of assistance which the government has put on place to help affected communities get back the things they have lost. This is crucial to ensuring that communities can regain their place and also prepare for the future. Several families have the need for assistance.

— Safety Camera Program
The safety of the community is crucial to the development of the community. If the members of a community do not feel safe, the commitment level they have towards the community begins to decline. There is a need to ensure adequate safety in the community so that the members can feel that their lives are protected and their interests are well represented. This makes for quality capacity development. When members of a community feel a sense of security in the community, they can seamlessly develop their bond with the community and strengthen the bond.

One of the ways to boost the community is to ensure that the culture and artworks are given the representation they deserve. Cultural practices are crucial to the development of a community. They form essential things that people look forward to when they visit communities. The cultural practices of every community are unique and this makes the experience desirable. There is a dire need to foster frameworks through which the cultural practices can become exciting things for the community.

The history and heritage of a community are intertwined. These are two key things that have to do with the operation and existence of the community. The heritage of the community is tied to the values of the community and the history that has brought about the community. History brings with a sense of identity and shows that a community has origins. It is also key to the sustenance of the culture. By teaching the young ones the community’s history, you gradually preserve the history.
